Shipping Policy

Free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on every order — no minimum, no codes.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery time. Standard delivery typically takes 5–13 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. During busy periods (holidays, sales), delivery can take slightly longer.

Where we ship. We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your country isn't listed at checkout, write to us at info@liefhaven.com and we'll let you know if we can arrange delivery.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking — you'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us — we'll investigate straight away and make it right if a parcel is lost.

Customs & import fees. All taxes and import fees are included in your order — there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
